About
Zoology Department
The Department of Zoology was started in the year 2014 in order to motivate the rural female students to pursue higher education in the field of science. Initially the under graduate course started with 1 faculties and 32 students and in a span of three years it has grown into PG & Research Department of Zoology.
We strive hard to use more effective, interactive learning techniques to engage the students in Zoology. Our department conducts various activities such as project expo, science exhibitions, conference, seminars/symposium and workshops for developing students’ acquaintance.
VISION:
To build a foundation for excellence and encourage the development of the institution, by igniting and promoting enthusiasm, interests and passion in the learning of Zoology.
MISSION:
- To awake the young minds and discover their talents both in theory and in practical Zoology, through dedication to teach, commitment towards students and innovative instructional methods like PPT and visual aids.
- To support the developmental activities of the college and to make the department more vibrant.
